My advice (not sure it will help), would be delving a little deeper into it to see what your block is. Maybe being at this weight is your subconscious comfortable and that is why you are sabotaging yourself into gaining weight (I know that's how it is for me). Perhaps it really just is motivation, but it might be deeper than that too. I started going to an exercise class, not the gym. I went to a scheduled class and exercised with the same people every week. We became friends and they were active friends. Rather than doing things on my own, I had a "social" reason to go to class. We could complain to each other, but we kept going to chat and see each other. We would go for coffee after class all sweaty, but these girls became my best friends. Thats how I did it.
