Since when do I look forward to weighing myself? Since I got my head in the game and started getting results!
I lost 3.3 lbs this week!
I worked out 6 days this week and stayed within my daily points, other than using 13 weekly points last Sunday. If you have to splurge on points, I guess it's better to do it at the beginning of the week rather than right before weigh day. Why I chose Sunday to be my weigh day, right after the weekend, is beyond me, but I've been on my own lately so there have been no temptations.
So obviously I am happy with my loss for the week. My goal for the month is 10 lbs, so it looks like I will (hopefully!!) be able to do it. Blogging has helped me keep my focus on it too, so I appreciate my followers and people who comment!

Dang girl! You are on a roll. I though my head was in the game, but apparently its still in the clouds cause I am definately behind you....its on!
Great job!! Congratulations!
Hi there, Thanks for the follow and for the comment. I know your advice is totally right. I screwed up this week :/
Congrats on your loss!!! You’re doing so great and I look forward to reading your blog now :}
I also weigh in on Sundays. I chose to do Sunday's cause I am hoping it will keep in check and on Track for the weekends. I always found I either gave up, didn't track, or totally splurged on weekends. So with weighing in on Sundays, it helps me (sometimes!) keep on the right track and not mess myself up.
