I have to admit tho that I'm wondering why I lost 3.3 last week and then 2.2 this week. I did the same amount of workouts and ate within my points. And I've been drinking water like a fish! I guess sometimes it's just random.
I'm noticing a difference in my body which is so nice. Certain clothes fit way looser. I'm easily wearing a size 16 now and have officially retired my size 18 jeans, altho some size 18 pants still fit. (I basically have jeans in all sizes from 10 to 20... crazy, I know...) And I'm losing back fat! Lol so yay for that!
Just gunna keep pluggin away!

Good job this week! Lost of different thing can explain the difference and out weight loss just slows as we go along!
Congrats! Even 2.2 is a fantastic loss! Hopefully we'll both hit the 100's before Feb is over :-)
yippeeeeeeeeeeeeee for 2.2 pounds
Congrats on 2+ pounds off! You're obviously doing something right because the scale is going in the right direction, even if it's less than last week.
It is funny how last week was 3.3 and this week it's 2.2. Just don't make this a trend and end up with 1.1 next week! LOL :)
YAY on the 2 lb loss! That's great!
I personally think our weight loss largely depends on the mood of the scale that day...
That is really great! Our weight does go up and down daily...some of us more than others. One week I lost one pound and the next four. It really made me realize not to give up, because I sure wanted too, as you never know what's around the next corner. You are so close to the hundreds, I'm happy for you...and a tiny bit envious (lol).
Congrats!!! that´s a great loss :)
Yay for you!
Congrats on the loss!! :)
Good for you! And if you're drinking more water this week than last week (which is good) than that might explain why you weighed in as more you might just have had a full stomach of water. And don't you hate how jean companies are so different in sizes?? Thanks for the comment, I'm following you now. I really appreciate the support.
Wow! YOu'll be in Onederland in no time! Keep plugginag away at it, the body really is a puzzling thing you can do the same thing and get completely different results.
Glad to hear you've retired those 18's now don't just retire them, give them away or throw them out! As I lost my weight I got rid of my clothes so there was "no going back" so to speak. Or at least it would be dreadfully expensive!
Great loss!! And hooray for losing back fat!! Back fat is the worst! ugh!!
Hey- at least you can just dig into your stash for new pants instead of buying new ones. Congrats on your loss.
That's awesome!!! I think those are two big weeks in a row! I didn't realize it, but I'm pretty much at the same weight you are! I need to be more diligent in tracking my foods - maybe then I'll see those numbers falling on the scale like that!
Congrats on the loss!
