Eating what others eat

When I went out of town last week, I was with my boyfriend and his friends/ family for about 5 days straight, which meant eating all the same meals/ snacks as everyone else. When I came back from the trip, I noticed I had lost weight. This kind of made it hit me that maybe if I eat more "normally" and cut out emotional eating (which I tend to do, especially when I am alone) that I will lose weight easily. Even eating out at fast food restaurants and ordering pizza and drinking alcohol had made me lose weight. Very interesting.

I have been working from home, writing and making websites for small companies, so I do tend to eat more when I am home alone. A few handfuls of this and nibbles of that equal way more calories than I should be eating.

Funny how other people (who don't have a "problem" with food, like I feel like I do sometimes...) just eat normally throughout the day and stay slim. And when I eat like that, I lose weight.

This is a lesson to myself. Eat to live. I should know this by now, but I need to wrap my feelings around the fact that food will not make any situation better. No emotional eating!

I definitely struggled with emotional eating for several years. It took me a while to realize that there is middle ground between no-control and extreme control.

Good luck with everything. Happy Fall!

I've traditionally been the same way. I've made a lot of progress over the last 6 years, but I DEFINITELY find that when I'm busy or engaged, I rarely snack.

I can accidentally go HOURS without eating if I'm caught up in a project.

Does your work interest you?

I used to notice that when I ate how other people ate I'd be STARVING. Not so much anymore, but I think I snack more than others do...unless I keep busy!

I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for me. About a year ago I my partner split up, we had both made BIG mistakes in our relationship. He ended up moving away from me to pursue a new life. I knew in my heart that he would be the only one to make me happy. I was relieved when I found your email on a site about what you have done. I requested 1 to 2 day casting of the reunite us love spell and within 3days mark company had relocated him back to our hometown where I still lived. We immediately reconnected and move in with each other. Our wedding date is set for Summer 2012. Expect to see your invite in the mail!.thanks to upesaspelltemple@yahoo.com
