Weigh In

Man, things are just not going like they used to. I lost 0.4 lbs this week, which is frustrating because I did watch my eating, using very few Weekly points. I also worked out every day.

I did eat fair food... so maybe that put a kibosh on this week's weight loss. I hate how one day of stupidity can affect a whole week of doing good.

Plus I have been working out A LOT! Like lots of hours on the elliptical, that crazy hard workout DVD like 4 times, and swimming laps in the pool! And this is what it gets me? 0.4? So annoying.
Next time, I should do this...

Im guessing it tis probably water weight from the fair food, you should see a difference in about 48 hours I would think! Keep your chin up!

so many factors when it comes to the numbers, muscle mass, water retention etc etc etc... numbers can be evil but keep on pushin through :0) For the first time in 3 months this was the first week I didnt lose so I do understand the pain.. dont sweat it though, keep on truckin :0)

are you drinking lots of water???

I started eating lots of protein for breakfast and upped my water intake and my loss started back up again...I had almost 2 months of .4 here and .6 there...not I'm back up to 2 & 3lbs a week....

Keep motivated your doing great so far!!!

Ugggh, those weeks are awful! As long as you keep putting in that work your body will catch up!

You still lost and that is good! I am sure the fair food will be out of your system soon and your next weigh in will be great. You also might be losing inches rather than weight! Hang in there and keep up the good work!

This is not just about the numbers on the scale, it's about getting healthier and fitter - and I would think you are doing great on that front.

Great job with the loss. Even 0.4 is a loss! :)
