I flipped off my scale today.
Same weight as yesterday, despite eating healthy and working out.
I know, I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day. But I do and I can't stop myself.
This week's motivator: I'm pissed.

I also am angry at my scale. It showed a gain of 2 lbs. today and I know that can't be possible. It is so frustrating weighing yourself every day. I wish I could just do it once a month or something but I don't think I can do it. I just have to know.
