198.6
I stepped on the scale today and it read 198.6. I was thoroughly shocked. I weighed in yesterday (my usual Sunday WI) at 201.1. So I lost 2.5 lbs in a day? What?!
Also did you see yesterday's post where I wrote about all the horrible foods I ate this last week without working out once?
Ok, that's it. Bring on the pizza and donuts and candy and no more working out. ...KIDDING!
Funny how the scale can be so unpredictable, but I'm not complaining. And I guess since it's Monday, I won't update my tracker or WI page til next week.
Attitude of Gratitude: I'm under 199lbs. May I never see the 200s again. Unless later on I'm pregnant with a really big baby or something...

Woo Congrats! But yeah, the scale is soo odd about weight, is seems like it shouldn't possibly be able to change as much as it does but either way yay for you!
Yay for Onderland.
OMG! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!
Congrats, kiddo! Can't wait to see you keep on trekkin'. Go, gal! GO!
That is awesome! Just imagine what it can be by Sunday!
Congratulations, that is great news! I love it when a weigh in reveals a difference that means alot. It just makes me wanna scream with joy at the top of my lungs and then jump onto some fitness equipment and exercise even more, the motivation fromn it is just so rewarding and I always use it to take myself further towards my weightloss goals. Well done and keep up the good work!
That is so wonderful!!! I bet you're going to have a great week!!!!
That's an amazing milestone!!
Congratulations for you!! You are right, really no need for you to ever see 200 again! Good job!!
How cool is that!! So excited for you!
Wow!!! Onederland...congrats!! That's so great!!!!! And thanks so much for your sweet words on my blog. :)
Woo hoo Congrats!!! Onederland is a great place to be!
Woo hoo! The scale is so darn fickle:)
So many things could have contributed to your being under 200 pounds. An extra bathroom run could have gotten rid of extra fluids (at least that's what happens to me most times). Whatever it was, congratulations for getting to that lower weight! :)
Congrats!!! I'm a new reader :) It is crazy how our weight fluctuates! I've noticed that on weeks I don't work out I lose more, and when I do I lose less!! That's discouraging, but I like to think it's because I'm gaining muscle ;)
