I'm overweight!

Usually that's not a happy statement to make, but I just realized that according to my BMI, I am now overweight instead of obese.

I think I am recovering from my stupid 3 day binge from last week. Today after I worked out, I weighed 179.6.

According to the BMI calculator, 30 and over is obese, and I am 29.8. So just barely under, but still under. Thumbs up.

On another note, do you guys ever feel lazy when you are working out? Today I did the elliptical, but was just not feeling it. I have my heart rate monitor and today's workout was pretty much all in fat burn zone rather than in the (harder) fitness zone. I don't know why, but I was just going so slow and not into it at all. Maybe I should run/ walk outside tomorrow. I keep thinking I should do a workout DVD but I'm just feeling so lazy lately.

Attitude of Gratitude: Not obese!

Congrats! We all have off days. Sometimes it's what we eat too...like if I try to workout in the mornings I am soo not into it. Just stick with it and maybe try to shake things up! : D

Congrats on the BMI! Uh-I feel lazy all the time when I work out. I wish I has something to fuel me....you know besides losing weight. ***insert eyeroll***

I can't believe I am going to write this, but CONGRATS on being overweight! LOL! Seriously, that is a great accomplishment that I hope someday people will be congratulating me on.

I totally have days when I work out and am just not doing 100% (or 85% or 50%). At that point, I usually change up my routine a bit to make it interesting or I start playing head games. If I can increase my incline, or speed for specific durations. A - It gets me moving more B - It makes the time go by faster C - I am challenging myself a bit more.

Yes i had that problem with today workout. I got to bootcamp and was just blah. I thought i was going to suck at it today but then once i got going i was okay. I guess its a good thing i was at bootcamp and not at home. I probably would of just stopped

First of all - YEAH!

Second - if you "feel lazy", maybe you need a new challenge. Exercising outside is a great start. Or maybe you could try something new or just "up" your routine?

(I trick myself - strength training is incredibly boring for me, but it's the only time I also get to watch "House MD".)

I just wasn't feeling it in my workout this morning either. I think I'm getting bored!
